OK i have my prefix and /givebadge along with build perms to the gym lobby, but not the gym itself

For being able to remodel when needed, as well as access storage chests in the gym.

They shouldn't have reason to remodel the gym. As for chests, gyms aren't houses, so storage chests shouldn't be necessary.

Tene they could have chests in the arena for quick access to the gear.

I never had this when I was a leader. Only chest I had was filled with badges.

People use different methods. I had only 1 chest as well, for badges, but as mentioned earlier pople use different methods.
