Nintendo have bent us over again by making this awesome thing (Which has fantastic potential to be Mewthree) a crappy form which devalues the Legendary Pokemon that is Mewtwo.
I have no doubt what so ever that they will probably make it a boring and worthless event unlockable which you get by slapping your mewtwo with some dumb crystal object.

Might be unrelated but on the official website for the next movie (Extremespeed Gensect: Mewtwo's Awakening) Kunihiko Yuyama (the director) explains that "Mewtwo has changed after travelling the world following the events of Mewtwo Returns"¹

This new Mewtwo form could be part the change he was talking about
