Tie against Tene.

Okay guys, I need ALL your guys help settling this.


So I challenged Tene, right? We were in the battle for like 1 minute total. I stopped to eat food, and I got killed, BUT like 2 seconds later Tene died from my WOLFS! Remember that the wolfs were MY WEAPON, therefor getting killed by them makes it a TIE. The rules say that if it's a tie (both die) than the challenger gets the badge. So shouldn't I get it?

Also, now people are telling me that she flied in the battle, which I saw a little bit at one point (could have been lag though). So, yeah.

The same thing happened to me, but i didnt get the badge, why? Because apparently tene won even tough she died 2 secconds later. I didnt get the badge because "she won", but hopefully you will, good luck!

Tene, you died from MY WOLFS, which were my weapon. To have it be a tie, you have to die from my weapon, and you did, 1 second after me. This was a tie, and I kinda do deserve the badge.

Died one second after you died. That gives absolutely no validity as to why there was a 'tie'.

The whole reason there are death messages is to eliminate the possibility of ties.

In battles, whoever dies first is the loser.

If doesn't matter if its .1 second after she dies.  Who ever dies first loses.  You can die .1 second later after the challenger but who died first? 
Use common sense people -.-.  Tene is a mod and ex admin what can she gain not giving the badge.

If there is no possibility of ties? Why is then there that useless rule that if it's a tie, challenger wins? Because they way you people are describing it looks like it's impossible to make a tie, then why is there a rule O_o?

Lol. The rule is there for when the death messages don't work or something like that. There was once a time when there were no death messages. This is probably the time that the rule was made. And it never hurts to have a n extra rule or two. So stop getting so but hurt over the little things and just challenge the gym again like everybody else.

I never knew the tie rule changed, so in my mind I thought this was a tie. 1ce explained to me the death message stuff, so it's all settled now.
