For anyone that doesn't read the League of Legends subreddit...

     The changes Riot has made to LeBlanc on PBE are definitely a BUFF.

• With W maxed and 40% CDR she can now jump every THREE seconds. (Well, in fact the CD wasn't reduced, they just tweaked the mechanics of the spell in such a way that now you are able to jump more frequently than before)
• Q+W+R deals more damage than the old Q+R+W combo. So you basically jump on and finish off a fleeing silenced target.

• E+Q combo procs faster

• You can now put extra points into W for wave-clear if facing a 'push LB to tower' strategy and it will not affect your killing potential

• With the new mechanics on W's cooldown it's become even easier to get away from ganks, roam or catch someone. Jumps, jumps, jumps all around.

• Finally, R costs NO mana at ALL levels.

Looking at your profile, I have two pieces of advice I'd like to give you. First, don't buy runes until you're level 20. Here's why: Because you can't buy tier three runes until you hit level 20, any runes you buy sooner than that will be obsolete once you do hit 20. Save your Influence Points up or spend them on champions instead.

Second, I see that you don't have any points put into your masteries which you should do.

You asked for my summoner name in my intro thread, so if you want you can add me and we can play a some games if we both get on at once. Since you're still level ten and learning the game I'll do whichever game mode you'd prefer, and I'll also teach you a bit while we play as well.

Also since I'm pretty chill and don't rage, I ask you to do the same because playing with ragers are no fun.
