They rolled out a balance on azir, reducing his ap scaling on his 'q' and reducing cooldown on his 'e'. They also nerfed his passive. Instead of 2% attackspeed for every 1% cdr, it now is 1.5% attackspeed per 1% cdr. Nothing to sudden...
