People have been asking and asking for me to get a co. Very soon that is going to happen. Please read the following and see what you think.
The way to get co, survive a punishing selection process, where I garauntee all but one of you guys will hate me by the end of it. You will be asked to do basic tasks. After each task, there will be a vote for who performed the weakest. The people who the top two votes will be put into a bottom two where I personally will choose who is eliminated. (Do not play sneaky and vote someone who you think is a threat. You may find yourself in the bottom two for not making mature decisions!)
What I hope is for there to be eight participants. There may be less, if less people apply. If there are more than eight applications, there is a small chance you will not even make it to the process.
There will be five tasks. At some point during the competition, there will be a double elimination. Not all of them will include pvp.
The last two remaining will be interviewed, and from there I will go through (From my perspective) a summary of what I think the person is like. Of course, I'll then choose the winner. It seems a bit over the top, I know, but do you want to be my co or not?
The current task plans:
Task 1: The Varification: (Extremely simple) I will ask a series of questions, you must put down in a book and quill (Provided) your answer. Weakest and least reasonable books will be voted off.
Task 2: The Climb: I will meet the remaining candidates at the enterance of Mt. Silver. You will climb while working together as a team, to the top of Mt. Silver. ANYONE CAUGHT WITH FLY IS DISQUALLIFIED.
Task 3: The Fight: You will all fight me, while spectating one another. You will judge each person fighting their aim, where they go, and when they use abilities
Task 4: The Tournament: The remaining candidates will all fight eachother once. Obviously, this task does not require a vote, as the two people with the least wins will be summarized from not just the tournament but the other three tasks altogether on a whole.
Task 5: The Hunt: The candidates left will finally go face to face as they argue their way through who is weakest so far.
Task 6: The Interviews: The Final Two will be interviewed seperately by me until I make an ultimate decision for who will be my co-leader.
Hopefully the process will take around 2 hours, anyone that has to go at any point is eliminated, that's tough luck. That proves that you are capable of inactivity. Even if you aren't applying, please comment on if you think that the tasks are good, or if you think any of them should be scrapped and replaced with something else.
