sahaquiel banned

I was on the server saw sahaquiel and someone else calling another player a bitch, i told them to stop, sahaquie started to argue with me ending up saying i shouldnt even be talking because i smoke the weeds, which has no relevance in this situation, and after he kept arguing with me I muted him. He then used a ninja trick to get out of the mute so I banned him. I have no issue in unbanning him after awhile, and ill probably bring this up at the admin meeting if we have one tonight.

To be serious, I was calling a person a bitch because she (erika03) was spamming chat and was bugging led and gavin.  I ignored her, but after that, I called her a bitch because she was being one.  I do apologize and on an unrelated topic, what's your summoner name, mio?

I have a few questions for this:
1: Is this a tempban or permaban?
2: If this is a permaban, how should I work off my ban? Should I build or donate?
3: Is there another thing besides building or donating I can do?  I can't donate right now and tene said I was bad at building.
