The only perk that you could really give a new rank is Higher Money, and higher x mcmmo, which would be way too op, x2 is already op enough.

GameFreak doesn't get higher money than Dragon Tamer. So far the only idea I like is shark's coloured nicknames, though those would be costly because people would constantly change them, and then 1ce would have to do something with the /pokenick command to make it work.

Everytime you changed their rank to elite/gymleader it'd be a huge hassle because you'd have to change prefix every single time.

Maybe at 250$ You can allow Players to change the color of their names? Suck as Thort's tag. In game its Thort I think... Also, may I ask how Thort got that? Was it because he was the first Champ?

If you become a gym leader/elite.  The custom prefix won't carry on to that, once you resign.  You can get another custom prefix.

Yes, and he's also supposed to be the original [Legendary], but they couldn't do that at the time, so they left him with the Thort.
