Couldn't there be a problem of someone just choosing their favorite mod rather than the most helpful? The most popular but not very helpful mod may be picked, and on the opposite side a helpful but unpopular mod will be demoted. I think we should post our vote and then say why they're helpful. and give an example of how they helped the person.

What shes trying to say is  People should have a right to say why they should vote for the person instead of just voting because they are your friend.
