Why Would You Be A Good Mod?:I feel I would make a good moderator because I know how annoying it is when a moderator is vanished and you can't get help. I will use vanish as little as possible. It's my obligation to help, and to know there is a moderator online, help will surely follow. Also I know that for houses the price is determined by the area of the floor x $150. I know the world guard commands necessary for the position, as well as basic commands, and those unique to this server(Moddamage). I'd be happy to do my job as a moderator. And I'm committed to the server.
What Do You Plan To Do As Mod? I want to help all ,to sell houses, help make the PokemonServer a fun place not just for me, but for all. I will host competitive and fun tournaments and events. On A daily basis I will search for timed out home owners. And I'll make sure to vanish to spot a x-ray user. Also I know it's my duty as mod to put my fun aside to help others. If I'm at a spawn war and someone needs help, I will drop what I'm doing to help them because helping them is a priority. I will host elite fights as well. Being that this is a pvp server, arguments are almost inevitable. I won't be bias when it comes to arguments, or any conflicts for that matter.

Also as I stated above, the price of homes are the area of the floor x $150
ex. Celadonhouse 4 has a floor area of 12 x 10 this = 120 x $150 = $18000 Which is exactly how much i bought it when I owned it.

Can you moderate the server?:
Yes, I believe I can moderate this server. I'm on a lot so that will be a great help. I'm also very calm, I rarely get angry. If someone asks me the same question over and over I will give them the same answer. Honestly, I'm happy to help anyone! I know everything a moderator would need for the server, and have lots of experience with the players and map of the server. I'd Rather demonstrate my moderating abilities on the actual server. The Admins then can judge if I will make a good mod. Bumping the thread isn't as reliable as it is to actually see the demonstration where the job needs to happen. And I'm not sure if Admin are deciding from the moderator application, or their actual server behavior.
And as for this thread, I've noticed admins get annoyed when people constantly update their apps(ex. Trial Mods...). So, I decided I'm going to make updates often, but not announce it. I'm going to not bump this thread as often, it will attract people to post random things. I will only bump if I learn a new plugin.
