Xandergcool as my co-leader- Concerns

I've been concerned with Xander's activity as a gym leader latley. i know we live in different time zones but i never see him online and i especially never see him take any challenges. Here is a pic of our win/loss records. You can clearly see that i have had nearly 7 times the amount of fights that he has had. Also he hasen't done anything to contribute to the gym, i have remodeled the course and made it functional, added signs to the gym and made improvments to the gym on several occasions. Xander has made none. I ask that he either pick things up abit and start sharing the load or be demoted so i can allow someone else to be my co.

To be fair, I don't see Xander online anywhere near as much as Text, and I've never seen him accept a challenge.

So I guess he has been on in the past two weeks.  Don't complain if you can't do /seen to see if he's been on or not (It would be different if you aren't a donator and don't have that perk).

You never see him on because you're offline when he's on.  He doesn't take challenges because no one challenges him.

You have been a gym leader longer than him.  Xander is a tougher opponent than you.  The challengers may want to fight you more than xander because you're easy.

He may have made none because you already did it or he never had permission.

You can't demote him.  You both are equals. 

But when he does get on, he gets off almost immediately after.

1: I wasent saying i was demoting him, i was requesting it.
2: Almost everyone that challenges pewter are trainers who just joined the server, they most likley dont know who xander or myself is but they only know that we are gym leaders.

If Xander accepts challenges and gets online within 3 days, the chances of him getting demoted are very slim.
