If an admin promotes you to a donor rank, they will give you the required items when it happens. If you ask another admin to give you the items because "the other one forgot" we will tell you to ask the admin who promoted you.

Yes, the /evict (player) (houseregion) command should prompt you for a /yes or /no on removing those blocks.
