Anon wont battle me

I have 2 badges and i saw at vermiliongym anon was leader and anon was online but had youngster title, so when i asked him he said no and that he's in a disguise.
I told him if someone wanna challenge him he have to battle, but not if the player already have the badge, then SweatyPizza said to him that he'll get demoted if he
don't let me challenge and then anon said how do you demote someone in disguise? Anon wont let me challenge but he have to. If he don't let me challenge, can you demote him? Now he came with a lvl 50 raichu but he's just allowed to use lvl 15-25 pokemons. He become a leader without doing anything or read the gym rules.

MobDisguise is outdated, and only works for mobs, displayname is unchanged.
