Haha :) Super training is what I'm doing theoretically, stats getting higher by the day.

Cool, haha. Oh, my 3DS was on all day breeding eggs, so I wasn't there to accept. (duct tape left ftw)

Anyways, I'll join.  I need to be fit for my ROTC class (I can't run for shit and I breathe heavily after running about 50 meters/yards.  Plus I kinda have moobs.

Wanted to update on this topic. I've reduced my mile time from a 9:30 to a 6:15. This topic was a key step in getting me to train harder and not just sit on the computer and play games all day. I also found this video which is a really good motivational video. So, is anyone still in this fitness group?
