Personally, I like working with a team rather than by myself but if I have to work by myself when nobody is available. I'll go for it and tell everyone what I did so they can be updated to fix it or something.

How often will you be able to build?
I am free on Saturdays almost all day so I could come on and work on the map. I can try to fill in some days to work on the map too.
Why do you want to build?
I want to help the map be finished because I don't know if the builders are helping that much anymore so I'm trying to fill in and help finish the remains.
I know that Anon is the Head-Builder who is left but if I missed anyone who is Head-Builder then just tell me.
