My friends brother lives in southern Florida and he says it is fairly nice.

It is a dog that is high on marijuana/weed/cannabis/whatever you want to call it, not an actual dog that was put in the oven at 225 degrees (Fahrenheit).

This doesn't really have to do with dogs but a Chinese restaurant here in SD was closed down because the health inspector found frozen cats in the freezer and learned that they had been serving it to the customers...

It's true in Florida and here.  We had the slightest chance of snow once and the entire school system got shut down.
