So Hobo is refusing to battle me because he's still preparing a team, despite having declared a team already. Guess that means anyone can remake their team in the meantime?

He probably just hasn't finished training the Pokemon he declared.

Well, it should be allowed but only if thats his team for the rest of the tournament and its not changed at any point. Btw, is EV training while the tournament is on ok? I mean, there isnt a way to check anyway. And are held items ok like choice scarfs?

But as for Hobo, he told me his "remake" team and is ready to battle. But if anyone else is having trouble with the person they have to battle, just message me who and why.

I havent seen my partner on for 2 days but as he said above, its not his fault and someting came up so we cant blame him for that, I shall simply wait and train in the mean time.
