Because there is no reward for it, if there is one advertised, Im sure people will start to try and finish it. The only reason I dont is because there is no point, I dont get anything from it and you can only brag about it and people can choose if they want to believe it or not.

In the game, you get a Shiny Charm and some rewards. You should be able to get some rewards in Pixelmon.
