Now It's been months since I had /fly removed. And I realized I never made an appeal to this punishment. And I feel like I have some valid arguments to back this up. First, I was warned about flying in a gym before I did it. But what about something as severe as a ban? People are warned and jailed before banned. On top of that, they even get to appeal to it and be forgiven. Second, we all make mistakes and mess around sometimes (admins you know who you are). And I'm asking for forgiveness for this mistake i made a while back. Thanks for reading.

I was the Vermilion Gym leader on the PVP server, where I led Vermilion for about 3 1/2 years!

 I dont want to be harsh but from what I got from this post is just a bunch of excuses. You JUST said yeeeah I was warned about not flying in a gym (we even have an announcement saying you WILL get it taken away if you do) but after being warned and you do it, knowing the consensus you still did it. No excuses. You knew what would happen, You did it, It happend. For people that are warned and jailed thats because they commit lesser offenses like breaking rule one or spamming, or being jerks. We cant take anything away from them and cant ban them because we could have no player base because everyone is a jerk here and again. We view flying as a very large privilege that a lot of players are lucky to have and you abuse it just once and you lose it like in that warning you guys get. I dont mind you appealing and asking for forgiveness but if you do something wrong don't give bs excuses

I wasn't making excuses as to why I did what I did. I owned up to it and I was just saying how there are punishments that can be solved. And I don't understand why it is such a delicate perk, you can't even use it in pvp anyway. All I want it back for is just to fly around the region. I mean, It's not an unfair advantage anyway. Activating fly in a gym course is as harmless as banning someone then unbanning someone. If I do get /fly back I would not mind having to pay $500 igm to activate it or donate $15.
