Well... this all started in a fight between edders and LFClairf/jibbyfunk about edders is the best pvper and challenging to fight about PVPing and crap... after a while I said edders, want to fight for fun and he said ok so I asked him if AFTER THE FIGHT... WE WOULD GIVE OUR STUFF BACK and he said "of course" after the fight I asked for my stuff and he said "It's not illegal to keep the stuff" It might not be illegal to keep the stuff but it is illegal to keep the stuff after you agreed to give the stuff after a fight I'm pretty sure if he lost and I didn't give his stuff back he would have done the same thing e.e

That's scamming isn't it? I'm pretty sure that is infact against the rules but I don't see a written one on the server. May have just not read them well when I checked. I know scamming is illegal on pixelmon.

I don't think this is scamming. If you fought this "tourney" in a gym arena, that is illegal. If you guys fought it in the Tourney Arena found in the rivals' house, anyone can take stuff and not give it back. Evidence: Click This

This took place in the tourney arena. Not a gym battle. Jim previously tried to challenge edders to a gym battle even though he had the badge.

But, They did agree on stuff back so, it's bad to go against your word to.

Just wait until an admin decides their fates. Our opinions don't count.
I see that this is a two sided situation. It was a PVP area, and that is definatly not illegal to fight in there. If someone decides not to give stuff back, they aren't forced to. But if both parties agreed to giving items back, there might be a problem.
This is exactly why I don't fight any more with valuables anymore. If I want to fight in the tourney arena, I just use unarmed with no armour.

He never said anything about a gym fight. This was a fun fight. And fun fights aren't organized battles like gym battles. We have or had an announcement that sated "be careful who you trust if they don't have the gym leader tag." This probably was pointing to this. Yeah you can fun fight someone, just remember there are no rules when you do.

I'm not sure if this is scamming or not. Well for one, you don't have a screenshot to show him agreeing to return your items. Because scamming is tricking someone into an item/ service and get something in return from it. Sure edders took your items, but do we really know if he agreed to return them?

If you both made the agreement beforehand to return items, then that agreement should be kept. It's one thing to keep spoils won in pvp, but not if you are doing it a way that is dishonest and deceptive.
