The term, "Nigger" is defined as “a black person, a member of any dark skinned people, a person of any race or origin regarded as contemptible people, inferior, ignorant, etc.”  Nigger is also defined as “a victim of prejudice similar to that suffered by blacks; a person who is economically, politically or socially disenfranchised.”

The term, "Nigga", is a highly offensive word to a black person and is said to be only used by black people.

Though this is true, there are many other races which use the word "Nigga".

What would your guys evaluations of this be?

As a black person, I really don't give a fuck if people say the word around me, it's not a word I really associate with anything though. Although, you don't hear it as much here as in countries like yours, the US.

You are definitely right about that. With the growing population of children being influenced by media, it is making many people here make stupid comments about themselves, others, and the things around them.
