To-Do List:
1st:
Add Barrier Blocks to trees
Cerulean Bike Shop (Warp does not work correctly, maybe it shouldn't be an interior? )
Fix incorrect scaling (If there)
Route 9 has random redstone towers. They aren't meant to be there. Why are they there?
Fix Rocks (there's a spot that needs to be done)
Route 25's trees need fixing
Add rock-smash rocks where needed (cave before indigo plateau)
Check everything (specifically rock-smash rocks that need to be added; what do the rock-smash rocks look like)
Fix Indigo Plateau Warp
Mt.Moon is not here, warp is likely not connected properly, where is Mt.Moon?

2nd:
Make Mock interiors/exteriors look better
Make Magnet Train
Add Terrain (Trees, Water, Land)
Check everything

3rd:
Check everything again with game

4th:
Check everything AGAIN with the game.
(And if time) Make Battle Frontier Games (Arenas?)

5th:
Check everything again, and if everything is perfect, move on to another region (I'm sure ORAS Hoenn needs help)

Btw someone was high when they layed out the ruins of alph exterior buildings because there is one corner that isn't even close to right lol

Rocket hw interior is at the north easy corner of johto's worldguard region, visible on dynmap. I still wish it weren't so Far East but whatever

Keeping you updated with progress, I just finished the Dragon's Den interior, as well as Professor Elm's Lab interior.  Both of which are connected via command blocks already.  If you need anything fixed on either, let me know.

Also, 1ce taught me not every house needs yo be an interior. So stuff like Cameron the photographer's house, SSaqua, empty roomed houses that really has no point on your journey.

I assumed that much for empty roomed houses since those would be owned by players.  Wasn't sure about Cameron's house or SS Aqua, but ok.

I made the Olivine City Dock building and have parked the SS Aqua in Johto aswell, the Aqua will be a sellable house just like Kanto. I request op for the making of the interior of the dock building.

Nope, prod said leave the small details (making a signs uniform, teraforming, checking all routes for when all the regions are done.
