I feel we need to be a little more cautious with the Earth. Or else we will be people from Wall-E
Agreed, but then we have to face the problem of supplying the growing population of people on earth. From what I can tell, there are about 7 billion people on Earth, and about 1 million people are being added each year. Unless we find an alternate way of providing for the people, this might just be the way we end up. Unfortunately, this is inevitable, the human race will become extinct no matter what. But we can always delay the inevitable by taking precautions about, say cutting down certain trees or hunting. That animation is pretty acurate, and I agree with it, we do terrible thing to out Earth sometimes.
