I'll be assuming that you're tightening the system, so I guess it would depend on how it is integrated into the system, whether it would actually hurt the timetable or disrupt the learning of the students in general. It most likely will not, and thus I would say that it probably will not harm the system, considering the many risks of not doing so as seen by the many harmful acts done in the past years. Although, it can be said that a few private lives will be affected by this, it's reaching the philosophy of the trolley problem. The Trolley Problem is like this, where there is a train that is on a course to run over 5 people tied on the track. You, however, are next to a switch that is able to save these five people by switching the directions the train will go, as there is a split in the train tracks. However, in the split track, there is also a person that is tied onto the track, so it's a ignore and let 5 die or intervene and save 5 but cause 1 to die. This assumes that you cannot save or untie the people on the tracks. Yea, philosophy. (Sorry if I'm not explaining about it properly, searching "Trolley Problem" should educate you enough)
