The thread was up 4 days before the demotion happened.
You are seen blatantly ignoring a new player in the chat log I copied in the second or third post I made.
I would have told you about the thread, but every time I tried to type, you logged out before I could press Return.
Why do I have to talk to new players..., I often say "welcome" as they log in when Im already on, but if hes already on saying "ooh im new to the server"... GOOD FOR HIM! Is that another unwritten rule? you have to introduce new players to the server, wtf is oaks lab for then?..., which BTW there are still noobs out there who cant understand that they have to go there first before doing anything else which is why we get jackasses going "where defeck is pixelmon! I hate this server good riddence! noobs"
Hello! if you wanna grab someones attention theres a whole bunch of commands to let me have the message as I log in rather than trying to type a msg before I leave.
I personally never wait for a rare occasion when the person I want online comes online for me to then type like a madman to get a message to him, I send a PM or a /mail if you look at my bank in viridian, the whole service operates around this, because otherwise there would be a high possibility that money would have been given to me without me KNOWING and not having proof of sending.
What Im getting at here is that you need to make sure that people are informed of things before taking action, sure you listed a warning to me but I NEVER GOT THE WARNING!
The generic rules of the server are overlayed out in numerous places such as on signs or through the MOTD's that broadcast every so often, this are the warnings to the rules, and yes if people break those rules, you have no reason not to take action because they have been WARNED! but say there was something that admins didnt like that wasnt really written down, and someone made the mistake of doing said action and was cought by an admin, you dont expect him to dish out justice, you give them a WARNING!
anyways all things aside, I went on the server last night, to find a whopping 3 other people online including honedge, so that was a conversation and a half... if you can call it that.
