Actually by the looks of it, your character will still be right handed, just that they'll have the ability to use their left hand now (do they even have "hands"? o.O) Unless there was something I missed regarding which hand is used.

It was also said you will be able to change your dominant hand apparently.

So if you duel wield two swords, you can hit with your right hand and block with your left? It says you can't attack with your left hand but i'm guessing you can block.

Blocking with a sword (probably due to shields) was removed from minecraft, so holding two swords would just be an intimidation factor if you did.

Yeah, as Kash said, you also have the option to change your dominant hand in the settings.
