Biome Editing Plugin

Hey, I was wondering if we could get a plug-in that lets the admins set biomes in places, because the random snowing in weird places, the odd coloured grass, and therandom blocks of ice in the water kinda ruins the whole realism effect. example: today it snowed in lavender town 

If we did, I think it would be best to just set all "normal" places (non snowy etc) to forest biome, as it has the greenest grass

We've been looking for a Biome Editing Plugin for ages and never found one. If someone wants to look for one and finds it, please PLEASE give it to us.

Not sure if this one works. I've used it on my Skyblock server but didn't see a difference. You can still try though.
