TPA is a very useful command and should hard to get. If you are kind enough to donate money, then you deserve it. Giving a cool down doesn't make a difference, you can still TPA. HAving it as a donator perk allows Trainers to have motivation to donate. Dear  Arceus  don't give this to trainers. '
