I don't think anyone other than mod or above, should have mute/kick commands, because for all we know, they could just go on a kicking/muting frenzy.

Also, I'm usually on, GMT +08:00

Me I am on everyday actually about 4-5 hours unless I have school in which case I am on from like 9-9 AM-PM PST

I dont we have to give somebody mute/kick powers, theres always a moment when no mods/admins are on.
A plugin would be the best Idea.

Thanks 1ce. I dont get why everyone feels they have to bash me. All I did was put up an idea. IF YOU WANT TO DO IT...SAY SOMETHING AND QUIT SAYING WHY I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT!   jeez...
 
And all I have to say about a plugin is...NOT...RELIABLE...at times... I feel it will always be better to have a PERSON with the power. And there is no reason why we ALL couldnt have the power. Just one person CAN be overpowered

Oh and a correction. Perma Banned 3 times, Temp banned 4 times, kicked...  Lol. If anything I would know BEST what would be worthy of the various punishments (other than current Admins and Mods  )
