Friend's badge

So I was talking to my friend and he turned in a badge "water badge" to Tactic and he was told or well told me that he did not recieve it "Badges++" so I just want to make sure that Tactic see this and remembers to give him the badge later. I don't have a screen shot but I just want to remind tactic so he does not forget.

Ichi I know that was your badge not his. He clearly said he got/found this badge off someone. When I asked who he said Ichi.

Tactic regardless he killed me legitimately and got the badge. I in no way traded it or sold it to him for any profit.
