Set up this idea maybe?

Instead of Generals. Why not make the E4 Generals commanding their own set of soldiers for Example.

So on and so forth. This way when we are at wars, we can set up around each wild, getting ready bows at hand swords sharpened.

Also this could apply to the "miner" class you may add eventually. Have a group of players mine together.

Good idea, each one gets like, 2 soldiers, a spy, a builder and an engineer, when we have enough at least >.<
